Every year, the frozen lake of St. Moritz becomes a spectacular backdrop for the Snow Polo St. Moritz, one of the most prestigious winter sports events in the world. In 2025, we were once again part of this extraordinary spectacle and took on the challenging logistics for the Perrier-Jouët and Royal Salute brands. A project that demanded not only precise planning but also the utmost resilience from our team.
Impressive figures and challenges
- Transport and handling of a total of 10 tons of material
- Temperatures of -10°C during set-up and dismantling
- Set-up on the frozen lake within 48 hours
- Supplied 6 hotels and simultaneously set up an exclusive event location
- Set-up of 3 tents and delivery of material for 4 additional tents
- Reliably transported 7 tons of material over the ice
Logistical masterpiece on the frozen water
The installation took place from January 21 to 22, sometimes in icy conditions and in strict compliance with safety regulations. Transporting and installing the high-quality equipment on the sensitive ice surface posed a particular challenge. It was necessary to position the equipment safely and efficiently. At the same time, we took care of the punctual delivery and set-up in several first-class hotels in the area.
From January 26 to 27, after the successful event, the dismantling was carried out - all the material was transported back within one day and the areas were carefully cleared.
