From a concept to reality

It takes more than fairy lights and mulled wine to turn a Christmas market into a brand experience. An 11-metre-high Christmas tree as an eye-catcher, over 100 market stalls, a terrace in the middle of the station and a fondue train that turns a visit into a unique, christmassy experience.

Promotion-Tools realized the project in close cooperation with THRYVE Group AG and Polarzauber AG end-to-end, from conception and project management to operational implementation on site. The Christmas market stayed present at a consistently high level for the 35 days of operation.

The success factor was a centrally managed team that coordinated the relevant areas efficiently. Staffing and resource planning, production, logistics and warehousing were seamlessly integrated, accompanied by ongoing coordination with all partners. Whether visitor flow, infrastructure, merchandising, catering or partner support, the processes interlocked and the timing was just right.

This is precisely where the strength of the set-up became apparent: agile adaptations to the needs of exhibitors and sponsors - implemented quickly and cleanly, without friction losses during operation. The result: a scalable event setup that works even at peak times and delights visitors while providing partners with a strong communication platform.
